The Sandy Tour: Passage Island Lighthouse

An 8-mile boat tour crosses a popular shipping lane. the 2-mile strenuous round trip hike leads to Passage Island Lighthouse. The lighthouse is not open for visitation. The trip is cancelled somewhat frequently due to Lake Superior wind and wave considerations. In the event of a cancellation, trips are rerouted to Edisen Fishery and the Rock Harbor Lighthouse.
