Description

Celebrate International Children’s Book Day at our Wilderness Visitor Center! Author Jean Derespina will read her book “The Famous Phoebe of Long Island: Phoebe’s Adventures at Sailors Haven,” all about a young pup who made many different friends as she explored and played. The book reading will be followed by a family-oriented introduction to Fire Island National Seashore and what activities there are for kids and their families.
