Description

Experience the Anhinga Trail by starlight! Night is just as busy as day, listen for pig frogs, look for fireflies and gator eyes! Meet at Royal Palm benches. Flashlight optional. Accessible, 0.7 miles, 45 minutes. 

Meets at Royal Palm Visitor Center 

 

NOTE: The City of Homestead will be offering free Trolley ride to bring visitors to Royal Palm for the Dark Sky program, and that includes free entry to the Park.  The Trolley departs from the Seminole Theater in Homestead at 7:30 PM and arrive at Royal Palm by 8:00 PM.  The trolley departs Royal Palm at 10PMand return visitors to Homestead by 10:30 PM. Due to COVID-19, capacity on the Trolley is limited and a reservation is highly recommended. All riders on the Trolley must wear a mask. Click here to make reservations.
