Experience the magic of the dunes after dark on a one-mile, easy trail glowing with lanterns to light your way. Arrive anytime between 9 pm and 10:30 pm — parking is usually tight right at 9 pm, so come a little later for an easier spot and a quieter trail!
Start your adventure at the base of the dune — look for the welcome table where park staff will get you started. As you stroll along this gentle, one-way loop heading south, keep an eye out for rangers and volunteers ready to share fun facts and stories about the wonders of the nighttime dunes.
