Description
February is Heart month, join Mission Trail Baptist Hospital along with our partners Mission Heritage Partners, Harvey E. Najim YMCA, Brooks, South SA Chamber, City of SA District 3 Councilwoman Rebecca Viagran and National Park Service for a FREE 30-40 minute walk on the beautiful grounds of Mission San José. Doctors will be walking with us to answer questions. FREE commemorative water bottle for the fist 50 people who arrive. Coffee, snacks, giveaways and more! Warm-up with music provided by Harvey E. Najim YMCA. After the walk, FREE yoga class, bring your mat if interested.
