Where: National Memorial Arch (Tour stop #3)
In honor of Memorial Day, living historian Noah Lewis portraying Edward "Ned" Hector, a Black Revolutionary War Hero, will present a ceremony at the National Memorial Arch in recognition of the courage, contributions, and sacrifices of the armed forces of the United States.

This event is free to attend.
Location
The National Memorial Arch is stop #3 along the Encampment Tour route. The parking lot is located on Souther Outer Line Drive.
