Description
Join historian Joseph Becton for a one-hour interactive program demonstrating camp life and discussing the struggle for African inclusion in the Continental army. In the persona of "Jack Sisson," Mr. Becton will present stories of Black soldiers free or enslaved, rebel or loyalist. His goal is to "illuminate their forgotten service at the birth of the nation."
