Ranger-led Night Hike: Discover Glow-worms and other Creatures of the Night
Many creatures of the night call the Obed home. Some are bioluminescent such as glow-worms and lightning bugs, while others fluoresce to a glowing blue color under a black light.
Join our ranger on June 10th at 9:00 p.m. ET for an easy/moderate 1-mile night hike on the Overlook Trail and Boulder Trails to discover these creatures of the night.
Please bring a red-light headlamp or red-light flashlight. And bring a black-light if you have one. A limited number of black lights will be on-hand.
