Vernal Equinox Hike at Fort Tilden

Celebrate the first day of spring by going on a 2-mile hike around historic Fort Tilden! All ages are welcomed. Dress for the weather and activity. Be prepared to walk 2 miles across uneven terrain, hills and stairs. On-site parking is available at Fort Tilden; program attendees who drive in will receive a one-time visitor parking permit from the ranger leading the program. Meet outside the chapel at Fort Tilden.
