Description

Marjorie Goldman has been researching and performing the role of Susan B. Anthony for over 20 years. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in American studies, in addition to her theater training, and is a former U.S. history teacher. As Miss Anthony, she tells her listeners that she was once a school teacher herself, and likes to engage them in interactive learning along the way; and, like Miss Anthony, she takes her work seriously, but not to the exclusion of a few good laughs whenever appropriate. Marjorie has been certified as a docent at the National Susan B. Anthony Museum and House in Rochester, New York, where she continues to do research as often as possible.
