Musket Demonstrations at Fort Pulaski

Musket demonstrations are a great way to learn about the weapons that were used to attack and defend historic Fort Pulaski during the American Civil War.

These programs are free, but standard park entry fees apply. Cannon demonstrations at Fort Pulaski are subject to change based on weather and staff availability.

Fees

No admission fees for US residents! (Standard admission rates apply for non-US residents.)

Location

Musket demonstrations will take place inside Fort Pulaski. Parking is available at the Fort Pulaski National Monument Visitor Center (101 Fort Pulaski Road, Savannah GA 31410).

Schedule

Musket firings will take place at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM inside Fort Pulaski. Each demonstration will last for approximately 30 minutes.
