Meet the shuttle at 7:45am in downtown Danville. The program will begin at 8am at Eugene O'Neill NHS.
Description
Join National Park Service (NPS) rangers as they investigate the winged wildlife of Eugene O’Neill National Historic Site (NHS) and the surrounding area on Sunday, November 6, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. Attendees will scan the landscape, the branches of the fruit trees, and the sky above in search of the many birds of the San Ramon Valley.
During this two-hour program, rangers will guide visitors across the site to ideal bird-watching locations and lead discussions about the many birds often seen near Tao House. Visitors are encouraged to bring binoculars or a spotting scope to use during the event. This program is suitable for bird lovers of all ages and interest levels. No previous bird-watching experience is required. Rangers will begin with a brief introduction to the use of binoculars as well as some common bird species.

Please arrive at the shuttle pick-up location in downtown Danville by 7:45 a.m. to experience this fun and educational opportunity. Guests should bring their own binoculars, water bottles, and sunscreen.
