Bike Through History on Grant's Trail

Hit Grant’s Trail, part of Great Rivers Greenway, at Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site (adjacent to Grant’s Farm) and bike to the Historic Sappington House. The 4-mile round trip includes a complimentary tour at Thomas Sappington's home. Along Grant’s Trail, formerly the Kirkwood-Carondelet Railroad, a National Park Service ranger will describe points of interest. Free reservations are required; call 314-842-1867 ext. 230. This family friendly event is sponsored by Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site and the Thomas Sappington House Museum.
