A free concert is a great way to enjoy the summer! On Thursday, August 15th, pack a blanket or lawn chair and walk, ride, or drive to Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site for live music featuring the Soulard Blues Band. “After 25 years and many incarnations, the Soulard Blues Band - arguably the hardest working band in town - still tears up the town one show at a time" (Where Magazine).
