Experience traditional methods to make cider alongside living history staff and volunteers at Roeder’s White Hall Tavern. This time-honored tradition produced the most popular 19th century beverage for men, women, and children. Learn about the process to make the fall beverage that citizens enjoyed through dark and cold winter days.
