Anacostia Park Late Skate - 50th Anniversary
Special Event
Celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Anacostia Skate Pavilion which opened in 1976 as one of the Bicentennial projects for the National Park Service. The celebration will include community exhibitors and Junior Ranger activities from 1 to 6 pm, followed by a 1970's themed disco skate party. Anacostia is home to the only roller-skating rink in the National Park Service.
