Special Event
Hike with a Ranger at Bolivar Heights during the anniversary of the Battle of Harpers Ferry and learn how the Confederates sought to force the US garrison's surrender through an artillery bombardment on September 14, 1862. This program will include a walk of than 1/2-mile. Comfortable walking shoes as well as sun-protection are recommended.
