Description

In celebration of Pride Month, and in honor of the thousands of LGBTQ+ veterans and active-duty military who serve our country, the USS Constitution Museum and the Mayor’s Office of Veteran Services for the City of Boston are happy to host the 2022 LGBTQ Veterans’ Celebration Vet-Together on Tuesday, June 21.

The event will include a keynote address by U.S. Navy Veteran Hill Wolfe and remarks from a USS Constitution sailor about military service as a member of the LGBTQ+ community.  After a brief speaking program, attendees will get a chance to socialize and enjoy appetizers.  This event aims to educate people about LGBTQ+ contributions to our country, increase visibility of LGBTQ+ veterans and service members, and promote fellowship between veterans, service members, and community members. We hope that you will join us for conversation and connection!

This event is free and open to the public. Advance registration is recommended. Please complete the form on the USS Constitution Museum Website. Questions? Contact 617-241-8387 or veterans@boston.gov.
