Description
Join us at the Saddlehorn Picnic Area parking lot to see the partial lunar eclipse! This time it's a partial eclipse and only a small slice of the moon will be eclipsed. It's a good chance to explore the night sky, learn about eclipses, and take a peek through a telescope.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the program to minimize headlight and flashlight lights. If you have one, use a red flashlight. This will help preserve everyone's night vision.
Bring a chair and insect repellant for your comfort.
Bringing pets is not recommended due to safety concerns. Service dogs are welcome.
