Did John Quincy Adams really have a pet alligator? Find out the answer, hear about presidential pets, and craft your own alligator to take home during this free, child-friendly program at the Adams National Historical Park Visitor Center. This program is part of a series of events for Presidents' Day and February school vacation week that commemorate the 200th anniversary of John Quincy Adams's inauguration as sixth President of the United States.
