Description

Calling all Pawtriots.

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, you are invited to attend a B.A.R.K Ranger and P.U.R.R.K Ranger community event at Roger Williams National Memorial (282 N. Main St., Providence, RI).

Starting at 10 a.m., rangers will have B.A.R.K Ranger and P.U.R.R.K Ranger tags from Roger Williams National Memorial and Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail on hand. All well-behaved cats and dogs (with their humans) are welcome to learn the principles of B.A.R.K & P.U.R.R.K Ranger and to earn a free collar charm. Pets must be secured on leashes (non-retractable, less than 6’).

Following the meetup, a ranger will lead a walk in Providence exploring the Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary Route National Historic Trail. The walk will begin at 10:30 a.m.

This free event is open to all. It will be held rain or shine.

Please note: you do not need to bring a pet to attend the walk, or the meetup.
