Description
River Raisin National Battlefield Park visitor services have resumed. The Visitor Center will remain closed however temporarily, outdoor Visitor Services will be available from 10 am until 5 pm. Visitor Services include daily Ranger led walking tours scheduled for 11 am, 2 pm, 3 pm and 4pm. Limited number of items will be made available for purchase from the Gift shop. The grounds will remain open from sunrise to sunset.
The National Park Service encourages you to follow CDC guidance to reduce the spread of COVID-19: • Practice social distancing. Maintain at least 6 feet of distance between you and others. • Wear a face covering when social distancing cannot be maintained. • Wash your hands often with soap and water. • Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze. • Most importantly, stay home if you feel sick. • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
