First Day of Spring Hike
Join a ranger in the tranquil Miller Woods for a hike to celebrate the first day of Spring. Soak in the fresh air and delight in the first woodland blooms of the season. The Paul H. Douglas Trail in Miller Woods, meanders around wetlands, sand dunes, and through a lush black oak savanna. Be prepared for muddy conditions.
The Paul H Douglas Center for Environmental Education is located in the western portion of the national park at 100 North Lake Street, about one mile north of U.S. Highway 12.
