Entangled Mapping - Video Installation

-
August 13-19, 2025 - Daily from 8 am to 4 pm
Entangled Mapping is a new animated video created by artists Patricia Villalobos Echeverría and Nayda Collazo-Llorens during their residency at Grand Canyon National Park. In this collaborative work—combining video, stop-motion, and 2D animation—the artists offer a layered perspective of the canyon. Shifting between realistic imagery and abstraction, the piece becomes a conceptual map and a creative interpretation of this sacred and awe-inspiring landscape.
The program is free of charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
