Fire Island Lighthouse: From Sunrise Highway (NY-27E) take exit 41S onto Robert Moses Causeway. Take Robert Moses Causeway to Robert Moses State Park Field # 5 (fee charged in season) for access to the Fire Island Lighthouse.

Description
Join the Fire Island Lighthouse Preservation Society for a walk around the Seashore’s western end on the first day of the New Year. This program is free of charge.
Afterwards, climb the lighthouse tower at the regular fee.
