Type of Event
The property owners home on Fort George Island was built in 1798. From it's early history as the home of an enslaver, to the later years as "The Homestead" the buidling has faced many changes. Open house self-guided tours are avaliable to limit the foot traffic through the historic home, while allowing access to the public. Staff will be avaliable to answer questions during the open house hours.
