Special Event
Join the National Capital Region’s Invasive Plant Management Team to remove invasive plants on October 22nd from 10am - 1pm!
During this volunteer event, participants will learn how to identify and control several invasive plants threatening our natural community.
All supplies and instruction will be provided. Meet at the entrance to Heritage and Kingman Islands (575 Oklahoma Ave NE) along the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail.
