Description
Are you ready for Arts in the Parks? This year Stonewall National Monument is celebrating the 5th anniversary of its designation as a National Monument with an arts festival! We invite you to submit art such as poetry, dance, drawings, paintings, multimedia pieces and more that tells us ‘What Stonewall Means to You’? Art submitted will be featured on Stonewall National Monument’s social media platforms and website!
Be creative! Have fun! And most importantly email your art submissions to stonewall@nps.gov by Thursday, June 10th, 2021!
All forms of submission should be virtual such as typed text, photograph, or video of your art. Please follow these requirements for video submissions:
-Video must be in MP4 format
-Recordings must be horizontal
-Quality must be HD 720p or Full HD 1080p
-Please refrain from using background music
-Content must be family friendly and apolitical
-Must show clear view of face in video
-Video must not be longer than 5 minutes
-Videos of poetry or spoken word should also include a typed copy of the poem or written word
For photographs please submit a high quality and clear photograph of the art. Typed text can be submitted in the email itself or attached as a Word Document.
