Description
Join us at the African Burial Ground National Monument as we honor the renowned minister and civil rights activist, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in a special program.
10:00 am -- 11:00 am: Screening of The African Burial Ground: An American Discovery Parts One and Two (The Search and A History).
11:00 am -- 11:30 am: Ranger-led tour of the artwork in the lobby of the Ted Weiss Federal Building.
1:00 pm -- 2:00 pm: Screening of The African Burial Ground: An American Discovery Parts Three and Four.
2:00 pm -- 2:30 pm: Ranger-led tour of the Outdoor Memorial.
A special activity table will be set up both days in the visitor center.
