PLEIN AIR PAINTING Workshop!

Drawing and Painting Trees in the Carver Woodlands for Beginners

Park volunteer and retired Missouri Southern State University professor Dr. Carolyn M. Hale will conduct the workshop and teach participates to draws trees in the landscape similar to George Washington Carver.

The workshop is not a come and go activity and visitors should be available for the entire 2 ½ hours. The instructor will take the first 20 guests. The age range is 13 to adults. All materials & supplies provided. The workshop is free of charge.

 "En plein air painting" is the act of painting outdoors! Please a water bottle, hat, and bug sprays, if needed.
