Tales of the Odd and Unusual

Join a park ranger for a program that celebrates the spirit of Halloween but without the supernatural. There have been two hundred and fifty years of strange happenings on the National Mall and around Washington. Together, we’ll explore true Washington tales of the strange, the unusual, and the just plain odd.
