The beautiful scenery that frames the Ross Maxwell Scenic Drive is a product of many complex geologic processes, including volcanoes. John Ranger N. Stewart to get up close to these volcanic layers and learn the basics of how they have shaped the landscape around us. Meet at the Tuff Canyon parking lot. 1 mile walk. Bring water and a hat. 1 hour.
