Come to Fort Stanwix for the next Homeschool Day event!
This year’s event will be on Wednesday, September 13 from 9:30-2:30. Registraion begins a month out. Link will be posted when that time comes. Don’t have all day to spend at the event? You can register for the morning session, which runs from 9:30-11:30 am or the afternoon session, which runs from 12:30-2:30 pm. Call 315-338-4448 for registration information. LEAH group leaders – if you are calling for your entire group, please let us know how many families will be attending so we have enough materials. Questions? Email Ranger Val at e-mail us.
Please contact the park's Education Coordinator at 315-338-7730 with specific questions regarding the event. In the event of inclement weather, accommodations will be made to continue the outdoor activities within the covered living history spaces.
For those wishing to spend the entire day at the park, participants are encouraged to pack a picnic lunch and a blanket and enjoy their midday meal onsite. There are also many offsite meal options within close proximity of the fort.
