Description
Set at a leisurely pace with plenty of time to pause for pictures or relaxation, Discovery Hikes are perfect for novice hikers—or anyone just to enjoy themselves in nature. There will be plenty of stops along the way to watch rock climbers, take pictures and just explore at your own pace. We keep the group sizes small and tailor them to the group’s interests and hiking level. Participants must be at least 12 years of age.
Hike to Vernal Fall Footbridge:
Distance: 4-5 miles.
Duration: 4 hours.
Ascent/Descent: Approximately 1,000 ft.
Elevation Profile: Approximately 4,000 ft. to 4,700 ft. above sea level.
