Description

On Saturday,  October 19th, at Federal Hall National Memorial, historian Charles Starks will give a talk on George McAneny and the history of city planning and historic preservation.

Mr. Starks is currently a Ph.D. student in city and regional planning at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, he taught urban policy and planning at Hunter College, City University of New York, and worked as a city planner for a decade in New York, New Jersey, and Ontario.

He has master’s degrees from Georgia Tech and Columbia University.

Also, our conference room, usually closed to the public, will be open for special viewing from 9:00am to 4:30
