September 19 (Saturday) Chickamauga Anniversary Programs

Artillery Demonstrations at Chickamauga: On Saturday, September 19, 2026, Chickamauga and Chattanooga National Military Park will conduct artillery firing demonstrations at the Chickamauga Battlefield at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm. Each demonstration will last approximately 30 minutes. Join one of these programs to hear the roar of a cannon thundering across the battlefield and to learn more about the role and experiences of Civil War field artillerymen in battle and on campaign.
