Description

Leave No Trace Outdoor Ethics are a scientifically-supported set of guidelines that help us minimize the cumulative impacts of outdoor recreation in shared spaces like Buffalo National River and the Ozarks. This immersive, 16-hour Trainer Course will dive into fun and interactive techniques for teaching the 7 Principles of Leave No Trace, including how to plan and facilitate a Leave No Trace Awareness Workshop.

This course is great for teachers, 4-H leaders, Boy Scout/Girl Scout leaders, outdoor guides, and general outdoor enthusiasts. All participants will receive free teaching resources to use in their own Leave No Trace programs and awareness workshops! Email Lauren Ray for more information or to sign up.

This training is sponsored by the National Park Service and Leave No Trace – Arkansas
Chapter.
