Description
On November 25,1863, US soldiers ascended Missionary Ridge on multiple fronts. Troops under US General William T. Sherman assaulted the north end, US General George Thomas assaulted the middle, and US General Joseph Hooker assaulted the southern end. This 2-hour car caravan tour will visit several locations on Missionary Ridge where the battle took place, including the Iowa Reservation, Bragg Reservation, DeLong Reservation, and Sherman Reservation.
