Faraway Ranch was the home of Swedish Immigrants, Neil and Emma Erickson. Emma Peterson bought a two-room cabin in December of 1886. They raised their family at the mouth of Bonita Canyon and in the shadows on the "Wonderland of Rocks." Join a tour to learn more about the Erickson family and the old west.

Tour this historic home with a park ranger on Saturday and Sundays. Tours last about 45 minutes to an hour. Meet at the benches outside the Faraway Ranch house.
