Description
The Equinox marks the time of year when day and night are equal. The Chacoans watched and noted this event to mark the halfway point between the longest and shortest days of the year.
Join Park Astronomers for the Spring Equinox sunrise allignment at Casa Rinconada. The first 100 visitors will be allowed past the gate to witness this event. Gates will open at 6:30am. Cars will line up at the gate, which is next to the Visitor Center.

Reservations for campsites are recommended.
