Folk Festival @ Watermen's Museum, Yorktown Virginia
The Watermen Museum's annual folk festival is a celebration of the Chesapeake Bay's folk traditions. Inside the museum, view handmade replicas of historic vessels and learn about the history of the Bay's watermen.
The Chesapeake Trail will be outside the museum with educational exhibits and information, including brochures, junior ranger programs, public land passes, and more!
Experience music and traditional dance performances, including a performance by Indigenous dancer Kalen Anderson, a member of the Red Crook-ed Sky dance group.
Food trucks and shopping are available throughout the waterfront.
