Join us at Kidney Pond Library for  "Home Is Where The Dark Is", a Ranger Talk about the effects of the night sky on ourselves and the wildlife around us. After the talk concludes, we'll head out into the field for a star party! This will include a tour of notable stars and constellations in our summer sky, and telescope and binocular viewing options.

Bring a red (rather than white light) flashlight or headlamp if you have one, and dress for the weather - it's getting chilly at night! Reservations must be made through Baxter State Park in advance if you plan to camp at Kidney Pond Campground.
