Description
In May, 1984, the Truman Home opened to the public for the first time, as a result of a gracious gift from the Truman family and some outstanding historic preservation work.
Come join us as we share stories about how this National Park Service site came to be, and how a terrific team of partners made it happen.
This program is offered in partnership with the City of Independence, as part of Historic Preservation Month.
