Description
Oregon City is the end of the historic Oregon Trail. It is the place of immigration, relocation, the American Dream, the physical realization of Indigenous oral histories, the Cayuse Five Trial, rock bottoms and new beginnings. The history of Oregon City is the story of many peoples’ relationship with a place. By knowing our history, we can better understand who we are. Join a tour at the McLoughlin House unit!
These outdoor guided programs bring visitors on a short walk on the McLoughlin House property. Views include the historic home of the McLoughlin family and the historic home of the Barclay family.
