Description

On November 19, 1775, a 3 day battle broke out between the loyalist forces of Captain Patrick Cunningham and Major Joseph Robinson and the Patriot James Birmingham. This battle brought the Revolutionary War to the South Carolina backcountry as the first southern land battled of the Revolutionary War. 

Join us as we honor those who fought in this battle on Saturday November 16, and Sunday November 17, 2019. The event is FREE and open to the public.

Scheduled activities will be held from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday.  The Visitor Center will be open from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm both days.
