Description
Explore the sounds and rhythms of our natural world. Join soundscape artist, Lady Eve for a two-hour excursion to enhance listening awareness and develop a deeper understanding of how we fit into the ecosystem of our environment. This type of silent walk can be beneficial for people of all ages to relieve stress, gain focus, and improve cardiovascular health. After a brief introduction to the soundwalk practice, the group will walk slowly, with time offered to enjoy the soothing sounds of the Smoky Mountains.
