Spring Park Day 2024 takes place on Saturday, March 23 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm. You can choose a morning slot, an afternoon slot, or both! The meeting location for both sessions is the Minute Man Visitor Center main parking lot at 210 North Great Road, Lincoln, MA, (coordinates 42.449154, -71.272516). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time where you will meet your field team leader and receive your task. Although we will have some materials, we encourage participants to bring their own gloves and tools, as well as snacks and plenty of water.

Description
Park Day is an annual event where participants help prepare the Battle Road event setting and preserve one of our nation’s most iconic and historic battlefields. Volunteers may take part in removing invasive plants, preparing seed and seeding native plants, caring for orchards, cleaning sheep fleeces, caring for stone walls, maintaining trails, removing trash from the landscape, and more while learning about the park's history and ecology from cultural and natural resource team leaders.
