Description

The National Park Service’s birthday, also known as Founders’ Day, is August 25. Without quarriers, Pipestone National Monument would not exist. As in past years, we would like our recognition to include a celebration of the people who keep this 3,000-year-old tradition alive.

We will have our official celebration on Saturday, August 26. Events and activities are listed below. We know not everyone will be able to make it, so we have enclosed a small token of our thanks for everything you do to protect the quarries for future generations.
