We're joining Ruby's Inn to celebrate winter in all its glory! Join us for geology talks, children's activities, snowshoe hikes, and more.

Ranger-led Snowshoe Hike

Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Hike Length: 1.5 miles; 1.5 - 2 hours

Difficulty: Moderately Strenuous

Sign-up at the Visitor Center between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. the day of the hike. Hike begins at 1 p.m. Group is limited to 20 people, and ages 8+. Wear warm, winter-appropriate clothing including boots. Please bring water and a snack.

 

Color Swatch Scavenger Hunt

Saturday, 10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. at Sunset Point

Join rangers from the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument for a challenge that will have you searching the park for the perfect shade of color.

 

Sunset Point Guided Walk

Saturday, 10 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at Sunset Point

Join rangers from the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument for an exploration of this area’s ever-evolving natural history.

 

Hoodoo Geology Talk

Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 11 a.m. at Sunset Point Where do hoodoos come from? Join a ranger to learn what a hoodoo is and why Bryce Canyon is home to so many of them.

 

Interactive Tables

Explore animal pelts and bones from 12 - 1 p.m. and learn about how to pack for your next Bryce Canyon hike from 2 - 3 p.m.
