You’re invited to join the National Park Service to refine concepts for the future of Anacostia Park.  

Our goals are to: 

  • improve access to the park from nearby neighborhoods and trails 
  • support community use, park programming, and special events 
  • address maintenance needs 
  • improve accessibility 
  • and increase resiliency in areas that flood frequently.
